Mary was her name
She never expected to be visited
by an Angel from God She was afraid, And when He told her
that she would give birth to God's son,
she said How can that be?


The Angel told her to believe
Even though she was a virgin
That she would become pregnant and
the child would be a boy
His name will be called Jesus
And he will save his people

Ahh Mary, If you only knew how much joy
and how much sorrow would come your way

She Believed the angel
and gave birth to Jesus Christ
God's only son
And Our Lord and Saviour Jesus Christ
